“Life is just a little more honest after two beers.”

2007年。ブリューマスターであり創業者のジョエルはわずか15平米の起業家向けの小さなオフィスで創業しました。彼の生み出すビールは次々と人々の心を掴み、5年後には年間4,000バレル(約477キロリットル、20リットルの樽に換算すると23,850本！) ものビールを生産するまでに成長しました。

two beers の名前の由来は、ジョエルと友人が違う意見を持っていたときに、ビールを飲みながら議論をし、2パイントを終えた頃からありのままで正直な意見が交わすことができた経験から。みなさんも、あるのではないでしょうか。

In 2005, founder Joel VandenBrink found himself in a disagreement with a friend, so they headed to a local pub to talk it through. Down went one pint, then another. As the second pint disappeared, a true and honest conversation conspired.

As the two walked out of the bar, Joel looked at his friend and said, “I guess life is just a little more honest after two beers.”

Two Beers Brewing Company began in a small Seattle garage in 2007. Today, Two Beers Brewing produces twelve beers including five year-round, seven seasonal and a host of intricate infusions in its 4,800-square-foot SoDo brewery and tasting room. With a strong belief in supporting the local economy, Two Beers Brewing takes pride in using Washington ingredients to create all of its handcrafted beers.

DevilCraft and Evergreen Imports are happy to present the local Seattle flavor of Two Beers Brewing Co. to Japan!

Seven original brews will be on draft for the event:

Evolutionary IPA: A dry‐hopped, deep copper colored IPA brewed with Yakima Valley Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centenniel Hops, then aggressively dry­‐hopped with Simcoe and Columbus. The floral and citrus aroma compliments the crisp malt body.
地元ヤキマで生産されたのシムコー、アマリロ、センティニアルの3種類のホップを用い、さらにシムコー、コロンバスでドライ•ホップ。深い銅色のIPAは、さわやかなモルトのボディに花と柑橘類の香りが華やかさを添えます。
IBUs: 70 ABV: 6.2 Style: India Pale Ale

Immersion Amber: A Northwest Amber Ale brewed with Washington grown Chinook and Cascade Hops. Bright ruby in color with caramel, spice, and citrus overtones.
ワシントン州で育てられたチヌークとカスケードホップで醸造されたノースウェストアンバーエール。カラメル、スパイス、柑橘類が含まれた、明るいルビー色。
IBUs: 27 ABV: 5.2 Style: American Amber Ale

Persnickety Pale: This pale’s fine-tuned balance can be attributed to its complete Northwest ingredients. Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial Hops balance out the crisp caramel taste of the Washington grain.
きめ細かなバランスのとれたペールエールは、すべての原材料がノースウェスト産だからこそ。チヌーク、カスケード、センテニアルホップが、ワシントン州のモルトの生み出すキャラメルの味わいとのバランスを取る。
IBUs: 36 ABV: 5.7 Style: American Pale Ale

SoDo Brown: Brewed with seven grains and a single hop, this complex and mellow brown ale was brewed in honor of the regulars at the Two Beers Brewing tasting room. Our most malt forward beer, it features characteristics of sun-dried raisin, chocolate and toffee.
7種類のモルトに対して1種類のホップで醸造されたこの複雑でまろやかなブラウンエールは、テイスティングルームの常連のために特別に樽詰めされたもの。モルトが前面に出された、干しぶどう、チョコレート、タフィーを思わせるビール。
IBUs: 20 ABV: 5.4 Style: American Brown Ale

20:20 Blonde Ale: The clarity and crisp malt body of 20:20 Blonde Ale are attributed to the use of Pale and light crystal malt, and the citrus smell comes from Yakima Valley grown Simcoe hops.
ペールモルトとライトクリスタルモルトが作り出すさわやかなモルトボディ。柑橘類の香りはヤキマバレーのシムコ•ホップから。
IBUs: 18 ABV: 4.8 Style: American Blonde Ale

Trailhead ISA: A Northwest India-­style Session Ale (ISA) aggressively dry­‐hopped with Columbus and Cascade hops and brewed with light crystal and honey malts. A hoppy crisp beer perfect for the sunny days of summer.
ノースウェストスタイルのインディアセッションエール（ISA）は、ライトクリスタルとハニーモルトで醸造されたボディにコロンブスとカスケードホップをドライホッピング。夏の晴れた日に最適な、ホッピーでさわやかなビール。
IBUs: 48 ABV: 4.8 Style: Hybrid

Echo IPA: Two Beers’ original IPA back in production, featuring vigorous hops and a subtle malt character. A robust Galena hops introduction slowly ushers in a surprising malty interlude before the resounding Cascade hops finish sweeps across your palate leaving you with a citrus memory.
two beers オリジナルのIPAが力強いホップと繊細なモルトの特徴を備えて復活。ガリーナホップのこくの深い味わいから始まり、モルティなボディが感じられ、最後にカスケードホップの柑橘類を思わせるさわやかさで仕上げ。
IBUs: 62 ABV: 6.2 Style: India Pale Ale
